Cron Printout Problems with SNMP INTERNAL

Post by gilson »

Does anyone can see the results in Cron Printout when the data source is a Get SNMP Network Data ?

In a fresh (0.6.7) or an upgraded (0.6.4 to 0.6.7) instalation doesn't work.

Any ideas ?

There's no code in cron.php for doing internal function calls (since the SNMP calls are made directly from php rather than an external application, like say snmpget. I have been working on porting over code from cmd.php to make this happen, but it's incomplete, and I'm not sure that's where I want to do it. When I finish it, I will post a patch to cron.php.

Sorry for the multi-posts. There is an error I was getting when posting, and I reposted several times thinking the original post never made it in.

I realize that the output of SNMP stuff in newer cacti versions does not show up in 'CRON Output'. I am sure it is just a minor bug since SNMP is handled differently the standard scripts.
