After upgraded 0.8.7, no Authentication

Post by litass »

hi, as topic, after upgraded to v0.8.7, no more authentication, its login automatically when i put the URL e.g http://localhost/cacti
How to fix it ?

one more thing, when i compile spine, it show this
checking whether accepts -g... no
checking the maximum length of command line arguments... 32768
checking command to parse /usr/bin/nm -B output from gcc object... ok
checking for objdir... .libs
checking for ar... ar
checking for ranlib... ranlib
checking for strip... strip
checking for correct ltmain.sh version... no
configure: error:

*** [Gentoo] sanity check failed! ***
*** libtool.m4 and ltmain.sh have a version mismatch! ***
*** (libtool.m4 = 1.5.22, ltmain.sh = 1.5.24) ***

Please run:

libtoolize --copy --force

if appropriate, please contact the maintainer of this
package (or your distribution) for help.
Previously when i had compiled cactidv0.8.6i , it didn't show any errors.

Any idea ?

There are several posts about this already. However, you need libtool in this version of Spine. In summary

autoconf
libtoolize --force
autoheader
autoconf
automake
./configure
make
make install

You can activate it under "Settings" -> "Authentication". Set "Authentication Method" to "Builtin Authentication".

So, I attempted to split the main announcement. What a disaster. Sorry about that...
