Error: A template with that Data Source already exists!

when i creat Threshold Template,i display 'Error: A template with that Data Source already exists!',what's wrong?

today i upgrade cacti to 0.8.7,pa to 1.2 ,setting to 0.3 ,thold to 0.3.6.
there is still the same.

use ken's method
sql-mode="STRICT_TRANS_TABLES,NO_AUTO_CREATE_USER,NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION"

to:

sql-mode="NO_AUTO_CREATE_USER,NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION"

MySQL has to be restarted for it to pick this change up. Now thresholds are getting created just fine.
