Help with setting up a threshold baseline

I can't figure out for the life of me how to configure this on the threhold page for the interface.

I have a 100mb internet pipe.
When , lets say outbound hits 90mb i want THOLD to trigger but only if the previous 2 polls were 90mb or higher.

It might not be unusually for this pipe to spike over 90mb every once and a while, but not for more than 3 polls.

What do i set all the baseline variables at?
