1) You didn't answer my first question.

2) Why are you manually running rrdtool? Cacti does this all for you...

litass: you have a different problem. With snmp not working, you're not going to be able to graph anything. Fix that first.

No, you do NOT want to install the net-snmp snmp agent. You want the Microsoft one instead.

1) Google how to install the microsoft snmp agent.
2) Read my installation guide.

I've read through all about NaN page, is that for Linux ? I"m running cacti on Windows XP.
can't really understand about that.

So from your experience, what is main reason that cause the graph stuck ?
Please advice. Thank you.

While the examples are mostly linux based, the commands are very close for Windows. I can't give a single reason why graphs have NaN's -- thats what that document was created for.

do all graphs stop working or just some? if all, then manually run cactid once and see what errors. If just some stop working, then something is buggy... what version of cactid?

Hi, for your info :
cactid version: cacti-cactid-0.8.6i-cygwin-1.5.21.zip

All the graphs are stop concurrently, so I switch back to cmd.php, still the same result.

Here is the debug cactid:
