Okay, here I type this again since I had almost all of my post done until half of our floor lost power...
Basically here's the deal. Our network has four different types of Manage Network Devices.
Cisco 2950-1000SX Catalyst Switch (Layer 2)
Cisco 3550-12G Catalyst Switch (Layer 3)
Cisco 3550-24EMI Catalyst Switch (Layer 3)
Cisco 4507 (Router)
I've added/modified the device types and then added a few of our 2950's, 3550's and our only 4507 to the devices. After it polls, I get the following results shown at Devices.PNG.
You can see that Only the B850A (4507 Router) router has 147 Total IP's, but N/A ont he rest of the colums. Yet on B850A-5-1 (2950-1000SX L2 Switch) you can see no Total IP's but it does list the User Ports and so on.... same thing is true for the 3550-24EMI (B900-1, B900-2, B448), 3550-12G (B290, B850, B460, B983, B1106) and the other 2950-1000SX (B290-9-1).
Now, when I go to view the MAC-IP Report table (MAC-IP.PNG), it's only showing a few MAC's, but no IP Addresses. Even the one IP address that it does find belongs to B850A's backbone interface that doesn't attach to B850A-5-1 directly. Yes, B850A-5-1 does attach to B850A, but on a different interface and network number. (I can make a sketch if needed).
We have DHCP setup on our 3550's and our 4507 and each pool issues IP's for a different network number on each interface that attaches to a 2950-1000SX. The 4507 also has a slot that our servers connect to via RJ-45 CAT-5E, which are static IP'd and none of those are showing up either.
So, my question is... any reason why I don't see MAC's from all the devices? Any why doesn't it translate IP's for the ones it does find? I would expect to see MAC's for our PC's, Servers, Printers and everything else... suggestions?

If the L3 Switches are that, they should be "detected" as Router/Switch and not Switch/Hub. You need to correct "refine" you device types.

Routers do not report MAC's, only L2/L3 Switches and "some" hubs.
