Configmanager problem

Hi people,
i installed the configmanager but i am having problems with pancho. Fistr of all i have this architecture: pancho and cacti in the same lunix enviroment and a tftp server runniong in another machine with windows. Can it work?
or pancho and tftp server must be in the same server?

When i test the produced configfile directly with pancho from the shell ( with the same command in the Manual.txt of configmanager) i have a error like this:
Sep 18 17:58:13 [UTC/+0000] pancho: (ERROR) 10.171.173.2 Received badValue(3) error-status at error-index 1

When i look after it in pancho s project site i found that it may be various things but generaly it is a firewall blocking the snmp traffic. I am sure that it is not my case. Do you know what else it could be?
