time out with "SNMP - Interface Statistics "

I try to poll Cisco 7200 router , there is no problem with SNMP configuration but when I try to add "SNMP - Interface Statistics " the application take long time and a "time-out" window occur .

how I can fix that ?

Does the device respond to snmp queries from your cacti box?
Does the router have a lot of interfaces?

Try increasing the timeout and memory in your php configuration.
