Something to consider, on our 75xx VIPs the CPU utilization was normally 99% due to Rx buffering and distributed traffic shaping. Instead we're using a simple graph template that works for all our IOS devices. It only monitors the first RSP, but our second RSP never gets used anyways.

i need it badly
I am not good in creating templates: I am getting such info after snmpwalk:
MIB: 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.5
could you show me how to create template for such answer and create its answer on one graph ?
