support for globally distributed rrd store

it would be nice if cacti could graph data from an RRD file located on another box and maintained outside of cacti. similar to the way that currently cacti supports this functionality for an "external" RRD that is maintained outside of cacti but located on the same box as cacti. the difference being that the "external" RRD file could be located on a separate box and any rrdtool commands could be executed by making a connection to rrd server running on that box.

i think i've figured out how to make it work:

- modified data source to include remote_rrd checkbox which indicates whether rrd should be fetched locally or remotely via rrdsrv
- modified rrdtool_execute (rrd.php) so that it sends rrdtool command to appropriate host if remote_rrd checkbox is checked

but this is a less than optimal solution for us since we'd rather not modify cacti code directly due to upgrade/maintenance issues. if remote rrd support is not forthcoming, maybe you can add the required hooks so i can get this to work using the plug-in architecture?
