Cacti 0.6.7 Fresh INstall

I have a Fresh install of Cacti, Mysql 3.23.49a Apache 2.035 & PHP 4.1.2 with Mysql Support installed.

I get this error message when I go to http://myserver/cacti/index.php

I did that.

& Now I'm getting

Warning: mysql_result(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /usr/local/apache2/htdocs/cacti/auth/include/changepassword.php on line 20

Grab a copy of that PHP.INI that was posted a few weeks ago. Check the path statements and try it out.
