A problem after i patch the cacti.

i use cacti under windows2003,today i install the new patchs for cacti 0.8.6j,but something is wrong afer i install the patch.

patch them
D:\cactiweb>c:\cygwin\bin\patch -p1 -N < ping_php_version4_snmpgetnext.patch
patching file lib/ping.php
D:\cactiweb>c:\cygwin\bin\patch -p1 -N < tree_console_missing_hosts.patch
patching file lib/html_tree.php
D:\cactiweb>c:\cygwin\bin\patch -p1 -N < thumbnail_graphs_not_working.patch
patching file lib/rrd.php

but somethting is wrong
when i open graph_view.php it display

there is several warning when open anything
why?

You have ntfs permission problems on those files.
