Upgrading CACTI + THOLD to a new Server

I have a server running:
Cacti 0.8.6h
Plugin Architecture (I can't find the version, but it is NOT 1.1)
THold 0.3.0


I'm configuring a new server and I want to import CACTI's mysql database + the RRAs. I've installed:
Cacti 0.8.6j
Plugin Architecture 1.1
THold 0.3.5

I can import the database, I choose UPGRADE when installing CACTI, it all goes well UNTIL I install THold. The web tool no longer works when I activate THold in include/config.php
I believe this is because versions are not the same...

What I want to know is: What is the correct procedure to migrate CACTI to the new server? I can no longer find those old versions. Should I update CACTI/PLUGIN ARCH/THOLD in the old server BEFORE the migration? If so, what to do first?

I hope I made myself clear. If not, be free to ask me for more information.
