Importe new template. no graphic?

hi, i am kinda new with cacti. i download few template on this forum and i add them into my cacti. After dding it, i do not see any new graphic, i tried to add: new graphic, but i do not see the graphic in the scroll menu. Someone could help me or have an idea. Sorry for this newbie question

the thing is in the associate graphic, i do not see the graphic i have imported. however i see the import template in the graphs template

i succesful add the graphic but now but the graphic doesnt display. i got thid as debug:

RRDTool Says:

ERROR: opening '/home/cacti/rra/firewall_linux_videtron_traffic_in_26.rrd': No such file or directory

This error message tells you either
- the poller is not running from crontab
- the poller has not run at least once
- the poller detects the target host as down
Surely, I have left out at lot more issues

my others graphics work.. so i guess its not the poller.php except if the poller is something different.. i also reload the poller with php /home/cacti/poller.php

i got this little message on my device: SNMP not in use

i dont know if it the cause of it. how to fix it?

You've accidentally omitted the community string
