[SOLVED] ... problem with preview mode graph ....

Post by zorrosam »

Hi all,

i have a problem with the preview mode on the graphs of cacti.

Some of these are ok but others, like bgp and network interfaces have problems to appear .... i obtain only a red X and not the graph.

Anyone can help me?

thanks,

sam

For the failing ones: do they show up when selecting any graph? What's displayed when viewed from Graph Management in DEBUG mode?

Confirm that your installed rrdtool version and the version specified in the Cacti settings are the same.

Have you applied the patch ? Your problem may happen to be solve by the patch "Problems Displaying RRDtool Graph Thumbnails". Graphs with your own comment added to the graph may not be able to display if you not apply this patch. Please take a look.
