Hey all,
after transfer of cacti from one system to another, the poller.php searches scripts in wrong path. The installation path from cacti on both systems is different.
System_old:
Cacti in <path_old>
Database: cacti.old
System_new:
Cacti in <path_new>
Database: cacti.new
After transfer cacti from System_old to System_new I made tests with the default configuration. Everything works fine.
Now I imported the database cacti.old to the new system to use old data and configuration.
After that, poller.php looks for scripts etc. in <path.old>. But there are no scripts. I think the path for the poller is located in the database.
Where? Can I change the path on an easy way?
Can anybody help?
Kind regards
Joerg

Hi
Are you using windows or Linux??
If windows are you talking about the scheduled task? If so you need to check its pointing to the correct path for poller.php
e.g
c:\php\php.exe c:\inetpub\wwwroot\cacti\poller.php
If not what are you paths for all your Cacti components?

I'm not a Linux expert I'm afraid so can't hep you there. It might be worth going through the install guide/upgrade guide and see if you have missed something. Sorry for not being able to assist any more.
