error/Discards mib

I try to get the Discards in pkt for some interfaces , I choice "error/discards" graph template and the graph appear with no problem and give values for errors and Discards pkts .

some of these value was in mega , but when I try to use command line to get discards in pkts ( i.e. snmpget <version> <community
> <node_name> 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.13.index ) the value was always ZERO

does this the correct OID for this graph ?

The OIDs are defined at ./resource/snmp_queries/intercae.xml

ok , from this file i can see the OID is coorect , but why this value is zero from command line and there are values im mega appear in the graph ?

Please post a screenshot of that graph. Please pay attention to spikes e.g. when a device is rebooted
