Mysql/Apache memory leak

Hi.
Im running cacti on a IBM Netfinity 1000, 600mhz, 80gb drive, RedHat-7.1
etc, ram 256mb

My CPU is @ 100% constant. My graphs have data drops because of that. Any ideas?

Which process is eating your CPU time.

I can be found by running top
