Why my Cacti cannot grab my windows smtp?

Why my Cacti cannot grab my windows smtp?

I was success install and running ok, I was try to grab smtp from another host such another linux server, some router and microtik server and run with perfect too.

But, everytime to grab my windows server got this message
SNMP error,
this error happen every time I try to grab smtp from motorola canopy.

What's wrong with my cacti server?
My Server using Linux Centos 5

is your windows station in a correct snmp community or did you activated your snmp agent on it?

Can you show me different between snmp community or activated my snmp agent on it?

Because before use cacti on my linux, I try to grab from my PRTG on Windows and running with perfect.

About my Windows SNMP, I just activated SNMP on my windows.

Please Help me

THis error is shown on the device edit screen? In this case, either
- host IP/hostname is wrong
- community string is wrong
- SNMP version is wrong
(or any combination of those)

Make sure your SNMP agent on your windows target host is setup to allow your cacti server's IP address to poll it via snmp. look under the Agent tab of the SNMP Service for that setting.

Also, re-check the community string there to make sure what cacti is using to poll it is in the list of allowed READ strings.
