Baseline Modeling

I'm having problems getting baseline modeling to work. I have had a constant 2kbps traffic going to my test router and it doesn't seem to want to create a 2k baseline. I continue to get alerts. Can someone explain to me exactly what i'm doing wrong?

here are my threshhold settings:

Reference in the past: 86400

Time range:10800

deviation up:50

deviation down:50

Shouldn't baseline being enabled hvae some type of value that indicates what the baseline is somewhere? n/a is all i see for high threshold and low threshhold, i was hoping to see a value that it determined was an average speed over a 3 hour (10800 second)period.
