Have to log in twice at logon screen

Everytime when I goto the logon page I get an 'Access Denied' the first time I enter my Username/Password. If I return to the logon page i.e. same browser window it accepts my username/password.

Running on Windows 2003 SP2, PHP 5.2.3

Any ideas?

Probably a php session/cookie issue. Read through my installation guide and/or use Sysinternals FileMon and look for were 'denied' messages for when you logon.
