Failed opening '/config.php' for inclusion

Failed opening '/config.php' for inclusion

This is what i get when i run php cmd.php from my cacti dir, or if i run it with full paths (/usr/local/bin/php /var/www/htdocs/cacti/cmd.php)

Ive tried adding and removing paths from my php.ini (as you can see here)

any help? -thanks

Not sure if you tried this first, but you should not need to add an include_path in Unix-based platforms. At least cacti has not given me any fuss when I have not added one. Win32 is another story however, and will complain if you do not add cacti's full path here.
