SCO System 5 monitoring.

Post by rprague »

I'd really like to be able to poll load and memory stats from a sco system 5 box, but I don't see any OIDs at all other than network statistics when I snmpwalk the box.

Does anyone have experience with monitoring an older sco box? Google has been less than helpful.

Hi

try to find a binary release of Ucd-SNMP or Net-SNMP sor SCO.

Otherwise, you can build it from sources (see the HowTo in my signature).

no compiler on these systems, yay.

If anyone happens to have a sco 5.0.5 system lying around and wants to compile the net-snmp binaries for me, I'd sure appreciate it :p
