Juniper SSG20 / SA2000 Monitoring

Post by dinux »

Administrators: Sorry if this does not belong here. Please move if need be!

My company has just purchased and installed a Juniper SSG20 Router. We will be installing another one in our Mexico office this week as well as a Juniper SA2000 for a VPN Tunnel. The question: Has anyone been successful in getting the Juniper SSG20 (ScreenOS 5.4) to work with Cacti, more specifically the Internal Temperature and the CPU Utilization? For some reason I cannot seem to get mine to work properly. I thought I had the propery OID but apparently not. Then I tried using the DS Name and it was telling me it was wrong. I downloaded the MIB's from Juniper and I had them sent to me as well to make sure I had the correct ones from our Juniper Technical Rep. I opened them in Getif and located the information I need but still nothing seems to work. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

SA2000 Template

Post by superdave913 »

I created a template for the SA4000, which may work for you. You can find it at:

http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?p=106715#106715

Please try it and let me know if it works for you.
