Is there a plugin for the certain data in my graph

I only need the data in my some graph from 8:00 to 17:00. And others I need the data from 18:00 to 23:00. Can I realize it?

Please clarify:
Are you wanting to store data for those intervals only or are you wanting to display only those intervals?
