THOLD 0.3.5 (SVN) Error

Post by mcutting »

When I try to use the SVN version of THOLD 0.3.5, I get the following message

Fatal error: Call to undefined function api_user_realm_auth() in C:\wamp\www\cacti\plugins\thold\setup.php on line 305

Any ideas ?

I had a similar problem, so i rolled back. If i install the PIA 2.0 out of the SVN, will that cause problems with the other plugins that we are using?

Thanks

No, I didn't, as Jimmy said that the new version was compatible with the current version of the PA...

Also waiting a confirmation from Gilles re the MANAGE and UPTIME plugins.

The SVN of Thold is compatible with the SVN of PA, not with the currently released PA 1.1.

Also, today, I added multiple alerts per threshold to Cacti. You can now have it alert to one person at the second failed polling, a different person at the 10th failed polling, and separate repeat alerts intervals to each. I have also now opened the way for other types of alerts besides just emails. I haven't updated this to SVN yet, but it is working on my test box without issues so far.

The only thing that I need now is to write the other types of alerting modules.

Are there any plans to allow a threshold template to use multiple datasources using an "and/or" approach?

Not really, mainly since I can't see how it would be of much use.
