THOLD Email Alert Not Working

Hi all,

I have just configured Threshold for my devices.
That is a cisco router cpu 5-min utilization threshold template.
And also I settup the email function using SMTP and the test email setting works fine. I got the test email.
But when a threshold alert was fired, I didn't receive the email alerting.

Do I miss some configurations?

Well, it works after I changed my email address to another one.
Maybe spam comes into place.
