Have you run the database_upgrade.php script?

Without seeing the errors that it's giving, it's really hard to say. The amount of help you receive is directly commensurate with the amount of information you provide.

Don't know about you, but whenever I run a .php file from the command line I do it like this:

>php database_upgrade.php

instead like the shellscript method you showed which is

>./database_upgrade.php

hi it works.... :)) Now the only problem we have is that we can't track devices. Example cisco 3750 we've placed it under devices but its populating the table. SNMP worked because it returned uptime and cotact details. Any help about it?
