Why do you want to run the net-snmp snmp agent? I strongly recommend you stick with the Microsoft one. In all actuality, you don't even need net-snmp installed at all if you've got PHP5 (unless you're going to be making custom scripts. in which case the net-snmp TOOLS are handy to have).

Once again, WHY do you want to use the net-snmp snmp agent?

Refer to its readme on how to configure it, if you're deadset on using it.

You do NOT need to use net-snmp to monitor windows servers with SNMP. I STRONGLY suggest you use the Microsoft SNMP agent instead.

Lastly, your language translating tool is not working well.

Google it -- plenty of guides on Microsoft's site/others. Once its installed, don't forget to enable all the Agents, set a public snmp community and allow hosts to query the service.
