(topic closed) ZOND plugin v0.32 released (beta)

Everybody,

this topic should be ignored, because new release is anounced at

one more version of ZOND plug-in (with lot of internal changes).

This plug-in allows you to see real-time (live) charts with refresh interval of several seconds and less.

requirements:
java virtual machine compatible browser (tested with Internet Explorer 6/7,FireFox 1.5,2.0)

java runtime (1.5, 1.6) http://www.java.com/en/

Install it like any toher plug-in. Don't forget to enable "ZOND button next to charts" for your user (or guest) under "User Management" as displayed in 3rd screenshot.

It should work with cacti 0.8.7 now.

I am looking forward for your collaboration in catching-out all the bugs.

Please also share your suggestions on this thing - what features you find annoying, what other functionalities you'd like to see etc...[/url]

this thing should soon be free for non-commercial use or maybe free at all...currently thre are not restrictions and licences in the supplied package, so you have nothing to worry about...

1. On the first image (ping latency) I don't see a legend on the bottom of the chart. Did this happen immediately after the installation or after you have made some changes in the zond settings.

2. On the second image I would like to see "java console" output. After the blank window appears - go to you browsers "Tools -> Java console" and simply use copy button. Paste the result here (should look similar as in the "hgd26" post below).

3. I allready know about the problem visible in the last image. It is kind of debugging. I will remove this soon.

yup, an applet was compiled with 1.6 - that caused your error. I will recompile it to support java 1.5 vrm.

no change i have install the plugin zond and use it and i have this graph

I say "should", because I have no php4 installation to test on.
