SNMP + DHCPD monitoring

Im trying to setup cacti to monitor DHCP Leases and have tried the XML file and have the client setup properly. i can use snmpwalk to get the info but whenever i add the template to the device it always says 0 items, 0 rows.

Can someone please explain to me how to add this manually or some other way to get this to work?

Is it a Windows DHCP server, or *nix?

I put together a template to monitor DHCP usage on a Windows box using SNMP Informant.
