Delete, permission issue.

Read my installation guide, you don't have NTFS permissions properly set on the /cacti/log folder for the IUSR_ & IIS_WPG users.

Yeah I just figured that out, is it safe to give the whole wwwroot folder modify permissions for IUSR and IIS_WPG?
