1. Delete new cacti install.
2. Copy old cacti files to new server.
3. Dump mysql database cacti and re-import on target side.
4. Copy all rrd files (assuming no change of architecture happend)
5. Upgrade running installation. This will bring all needed databse updates you will miss otherwise.

You may repeat theses steps until you're satisfied. This procedure works in general.
For your special case, steps 1,2 and the last one may be omitted, because there was no database change between version i and j.

Hello,

I also did a migration to a new server from version 0.8.6b to 0.8.6.j
Do I need to modify the Mysql Database?

No. if you perform an in-place-upgrade, cacti performs all needed mysql changes on its own (this is done at first login after installing upgraded code)

How do I do to import the old cacti database to new cacti server?

Why Cannot I install the new cacti first, and then copy all old cacti files to new cacti?
