any update in backup plugin for cacti database and other setting

Yes, it's quite simple:
crontab -l
This will backup the Cacti database once a day at two past midnight and keep 14 generations. If you are not using either Linux or UNIX, please migrate to this superior class of operating systems, or install cygwin to do the same.
