No graphs for new devices

Hi!

I was looking for a topic where I can find an answer for this question but I didn't make it.

I have a new installation and the graphs for the localhost are fine, the problem is that I added new devices and in the debug mode of the graphs I found this error:

RRDTool Says:

ERROR: opening '/var/www/html/cacti/rra/rut_tec_5min_cpu_20.rrd': No such file or directory

I thinks that is permissions problem, so I'm running poller like root and is the same, only the localhost graphs updates.
I've changed the permissions in the rra directory.

If I run the poller from the shell gets this:
