Are you talking about having multiple email recipients? If so, yes. Just have a comma seperating all the email addresses you want to send alerts to.
If you're talking about multiple email servers? That depends on the DNS setup of the email recipients domain. My understanding of it is that the mail functions use your Cacti server's DNS for choosing a mail server to deliver to. Your Cacti server performs an MX record lookup to see what the mail exchangers (mail servers) are for the domain of the recipient. If multiple mail exchangers listed in DNS then one will be chosen based on it's "weight" (priority). If multiple servers have the same weight then the DNS server will rotate the servers that are used to balance the load.
