NAN Graphs for localhost

I got it sorted. Here's what happened, somewhere along the way the localhost rrd files were given root ownership and group access. I'm not sure if that's a bug or something I screwed up during the initial install/setup. At any rate, a simple...

chown cactiuser localhost*
chgrp users localhost*

...sorted it. I've got graphs will colors. WoOt
