The system cannot find the path specified

A strange error has reared it's ugly head.. cacti was working...

Here's the debug:

C:\>php C:/Inetpub/wwwroot/Cacti/poller.php

What path/exe is Cacti trying to find??

I have the following in my system path varibles:

C:\Perl\site\bin;%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;C:\PHP;C:\MySQL5\bin;C:\Perl\bin;C:\net-snmp\bin;

Fire up sysinternals FileMon and look what its missing.
