how can I change alert url ?

The alert mail url is like 'http://ip address//graph.php?local_graph_id=243&rra_id=1'
But if the web run in 'http://ip address:8080' ,,how can I change to it in alert mail ?thanks

Configuration/Settings/Alerting/Thold - set 'Base URL' to http://ip address:8080
