snmp problems

hi
I have configure cacti to my linux system and its works. also its operating to another windows system and also can take graphs from the cisco switch.

But when i want to configure and to take graphs from the eth0 (IP address:192.168.20.1 from the linux system). does not work and i have snmp problems.

on the other hand the loopback(ip 127.0.0.1) its works properly
