Graph Title Truncated
When the graphs are created it looks like there is a 15 character limit in any dynamically created name. Is there anyway around it?

You have to update your Settings -> Visual -> Maximum Title Length.
Once you have updated this value, you will need to use the "Reapply Suggested Names" on the graph management screen to update the titles.
