Maby I'm dumb, but how do I set the mysql servers port? I have several mysql hosts, each one listens to a different port... This uses the default port?

I've been having problems graphing network usage on some Linux hosts. I think the main key is that hosts with more then one ip-address bound to an interface are not graphing network usage. Does this make any sence?

I tried to connect to mysql as the user specified, and copy paste one of the inserts into the database by hand, and it worked just fine. So it should not be a question of rights (as long as cacti is using the database settings in include/config.php

No need to worry about this now... A workfriend deleted /etc/passwd on the server which kind of complicated things.

/etc/passwd is fixed, so now bck to the original problem
