This topic can be closed. I started from scratch and was able to get into Cacti.

I rebuilt the server and ran the install again. This time I had no issues and I'm ready to configure graphs in Cacti. Thanks for making the install so simple!

Positive about the spaces as I tried both pasting and typing in the password. I'm running this on a Windows 2012 R2 server with standard English keyboard.

Having some issues with a first time install of Cacti. When I launch cacti, I get the Installation Wizard screen and it is stuck on "initializing" (see screenshot). Error says that JavaScript must be enabled, but as far as I can tell it already is. Hope someone can help me get past this er...
