I am running Cacti 0.8.6h on Windows 2003. I installed the Threshold plugin and it shows up as a tab and in the console, but when I go to add elements through 'Data Sources' -> 'hostname' -> 'Template Name' the page never loads completely and I am not able to add threshold information.
