"Monitor" Plugin and execution of scripts
Hi. I've installed Monitor Plugin v1.3-1. I have a network of devices I need to monitor the state (online or offline), but I want my Cacti Server to send a SNMP Trap to another server whenever some device goes down, and when it comes back up. I believe the simplest way would be to make Monitor Plugi...

Just a simple doubt... What do the grayscale means? In smokeping, each gray stack is the RTT of a single ping, and the line is the average. However, in this template it doesn't seems to be the same. How are the different gray stacks calculated? - Is the upmost graystack the maximum RTT, and the othe...

Hi. I made a template+script that shows the free memory and the total memory.
http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?p=142813
But the script I made also returns the used memory, I just chose not to graph it. Just make the appropriate changes.

Localhost Total Memory (Free + Swap) for LINUX
Hello. Here's a simple template I created, more than 1 year ago. It's a script that runs in localhost to replace the one that comes with cacti. The graph shows it all. http://img165.imageshack.us/img165/970/graphimage3d168czs3.png Note: I originally stored the script in /var/www/html/cacti/scripts/e...

What a stupid problem! All I needed to do after editing /etc/php.ini was:
Now it's OK.
Code: Select all
service httpd restart
Now it's OK.

[solved] Time in Graph axis not matching time in COMMENT

Thanks for the quick reply. However, I could not come here to answer until now. I had several other plugins that seem to be working fine (update, thold, docs, hostinfo, weathermap, superlinks, reportit). But this is the first one that needed to be installed and enabled in the new Plugin Management M...

[SOLVED] My CACTI is 1 hour delayed
Hi. My CACTI is 1 hour delayed. I have Universal Time Clock in my server, I'm at GTM+0 time zone. Right now it's 5:50 PM. My system says it's 5:50 PM when I issue the command "date". However, CACTI logs and CACTI graphs say that right now its 4:50 PM !!! I think this happened only when I c...
