In my case I had to create an snmp query with an xml for the snmp queries. The xml for snmp queries by default did not show me the lines of interfaces. Usually these teams use the NETMAN community and public, if I remember correctly.

Hi, i just install the plugin, but not work. I have the Cacti Version 0.8.8.a with Plugin Architecture 3.1 .
When i unzip the /usr/share/cacti/site/plugins/uptime , then i go to the plugin management and appear a blank page.

Finally the problem was the delay to read all interfaces ( about near thousand)
The solution was fixed changing the snmp query template xml to read only one oid which i was interested to graph.

Finally i can fix this problem.
The reason were that the interface which i was interested to graf couldnt take the maximum speed by snmp OID.
Modifing the snmp query xml template, resolve it. You must to try to take the maximum speed by xml, if not, you canot graph it.

Hi. To enumerate all interfaces on that device take long time, near 10 minutes :-( Its crazy Yes, index 77824 appear in the snmp query. Hi again, Alcatel vendor told me about taking values of traffic in/out in this interface. The index which take the trafiic is 77824 So, that index 77824 is the atm interface where we cat take the values traffic.
