Finally solved and I thank you to put me on the way. It was a problem with the "user permission" of the admin account. I do not know how this "allow Graph by devices" appears but it overwrites all other "default" rights. It was the first time I set something in the user...

From what I read, the only difference is a question of optimization. spine is faster than cmd.php. But with the new version of cacti it seems useless to install spine. Anyway if someone have a feedback, I am interested too.
