Thanks for jogging my brain. I guess I was having a moment there. I had hard coded the server credentials in ss_win_mssql.php, but the credentials it was successfully using on my SQL2008 servers weren't correct for my SQL2012 servers. Doh! I can get metrics and graphing out of the server itself (cpu info from Windows, for example) but I cannot get the SQL-specific graphs to populate like I can with my SQL2008 servers.

[solved] Is anyone monitoring a MS SQL Server 2012 database?
I love Cacti for monitoring our MS SQL Server 2008 databases but with MS deprecating SNMP in SQL Server 2012, what is everyone using to monitor those? I've searched and searched and can't seem to find anything so apparently I'm just barking up the wrong trees. Anyone doing this?
