Thank you for the help, much appreciated. I was able to use some of this info and a custom Perl script of my own and now I'm in business!

I have seen this too, and have only been able to do a workaround by making a template that allows me to enter the Title by hand. I have found that the newer Cisco devices don't have this issue, but anything probably 2 years older or more does. I can send you more details of you like.
