Hmmm, it seems that my snmpd configuration had disappeared on both linux boxes. Bizarre.
All working now.
Well, actually, I have another issue, but I'll raise that in another thread.

Ewww, you were manually entering in the OIDs to be polled for traffic? SNMPWALK .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1 on a cisco router and see what it returns. If the Index count isnt on .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.1', then you'll need to copy the existing interface.xml script and associated templates. Then modify interface....

You didn't already have a 'SNMP - Interface statistics' for that device? What was cacti using already to poll those interfaces? I just had a graph template - SNMP Generic OID Template. It was all working fine - then broke after an upgrade. I left it for a while and decided to have a look at it agai...

Looks like your indexes for the interfaces has changed. Either you can manually reindex the affected routers (click the green circle next to the snmp interface query in the device) or look into running the poller_reindex_hosts.php nightly. Hmmm. I didn't have an snmp interface query, so I added one...
